FRESH MILITANT ATTACK ON CHEVRON OIL FACILITY, MORE ATTACK VOWED TO COME

Militant in the oil city(Warri), yesterday blew up Chevron facility. The  attack not the less, is a national set back in oil and gas production coupled with the SPDC's  attack last attack in March.

The Nigerian Navy spokesperson Chris Ezokobe, confirmed this attack with the use of dynamite occurred yesterday in Escravos terminal around Warri City, however he pointed out that details of casualties and names of militant group involved is yet to be discussed.

Notwithstanding, the NDA (Niger Delta Avengers) have claimed this responsibility and has warned of further attacks.

A statement by the group spokesman Madoch Agbinib  said " The high command of the Niger Delta Avengers wants to use this medium to thank strike team 6 for successfully blowing up the Chevron Value Platform and we are ready to protect the  Niger delta people... the Niger Delta Avengers is done with the major oil installations in Niger Delta, now we are taking the fight out of the creeks of Niger Delta. We are taking it to Abuja and Lagos now...
